Metal Fabrication
Logotech boast a fully equipped metalwork facility, enabling us to undertake a diverse variety of projects.
Examples include:
Built Up Letters
Various built-ups include, Flat Faced, Rim and Return, and Bevelled edge letters. Once we have the CNC cut letter faces, the letters are then fabricated by welding or Soldering a “side” around the edge of the letter shape. This process creates the “3d” appearance of the letters.
Fascia Panels
Panels can be folded up to 4.1m in length from various Sheet materials such as Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Zinctec, and Dibond. The noticeable advantage from the extra long folded panels are less joints and easier installations, especially on long fascias and canopies etc.
Fabricated Logos
Logo’s can be created much in the same way a built up letter is, we have our faces CNC laser or Router cut and weld or solder returns to them. The logos can be internally lit for face or Halo illumination using Neon or LED’s.
Aperture Cut Panels
Sheet materials can be aperture cut to create illuminated fascia signs and boxes. We can cut lettering and logos out of the sheet to allow light to come through the face. The panels can then be backed off with an opal acrylic or be fitted with push through or built up letters.
Boxes
Boxes and “menu” style cases can be manufactured from Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, and Copper. We can install locks, electrics and polycarbonate face panels if necessary.
Logotech also manufacture light boxes from standard and slim line box section. These can be powder coated or have a standard silver anodised finish, if required we can install Acrylic panels and electrics.
Frames
Frames can be produced from materials such as Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium. We are able to manufacture framework for various applications, from a small hanging sign to 6m gantry sign. We can also supply ground cages to suit large steel framework and post signs.
We are also able to finish the project in any colour from the RAL and BS Range.
To ensure consistent quality of our lettering and panels, Logotech insist on using only materials that have been CNC laser or router cut. Since 2002 Logotech has invested heavily in new CNC machinery and equipment, which gives us the edge over many other sign trade suppliers.
